At Sarros Landscaping, Inc., our team of landscape professionals is set up to provide you with the highest level of quality landscape maintenance.

Our Maintenance Programs include the following services: (click each service to expand details)

• 46 Annual Visits:

A weekly service contract is 46 visits annually. A visit is considered when the crew either cuts the lawn or performs another one of the services specified under the Maintenance Agreement.
Service will be performed weekly during the mowing season beginning on or near the first week of March and ending on or near the last week of November. Visits will be performed twice per month during the dormant seasons of December, January and February during which time, the property will be kept free of debris and bush/shrub pruning may be performed. Visits may not be substituted or deleted.
Sarros Landscaping, Inc. will mow the lawn based on best practice principles for the type of grass and season. During extreme wet or dry conditions, mowing may not be possible, however a service visit will still be performed in order to keep the property looking clean.
Additional Visits may be requested and additional charges will apply.
During periods of excessive rain where visits cannot be performed, Sarros Landscaping, Inc. will agree to perform the visit at the next available date.
Service will be performed during the hours of 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM Monday through Friday. Sarros Landscaping, Inc. reserves the right to perform Saturday maintenance as necessary to complete service within a scheduled week.
Sarros Landscaping, Inc. will make every effort to perform maintenance according to a consistent weekly schedule but makes no commitment to a particular day of service.

• Lawn Maintenance, Edging, Blowing:

Lawns to be mowed to the appropriate height according to the season.
All grass will be edged along all bed lines and hard surfaces to maintain clean edge lines.
All hard surfaces will be cleaned of debris generated from mowing and edging.
All grass clippings will be recycled on the lawn. No grass clippings will be raked or bagged.
Beds around perimeter of structures will be edged to maintain a clean and neat appearance.
Natural areas, defined as any wooded or bed area that does not receive pine straw, mulch or any regular service, will not receive any maintenance unless otherwise specified in the maintenance agreement.
Sarros Landscaping, Inc. will not be held responsible for areas that have poor drainage. Oftentimes when mowing these areas, it is common for the mowing equipment to leave wheel ruts. Sarros Landscaping, Inc. will make an effort to avoid such areas but these areas may appear unsightly as a result because they cannot be properly mowed.

• Light Debris Maintenance:

Light removal of natural fallen debris will be blown from lawn or hard surfaces into natural or bed areas on the property.
Sarros Landscaping will be responsible for leaf removal. Wherever possible, Sarros Landscaping, Inc. will blow all leaves into a natural area or pile outside of the cutting area. Sarros Landscaping, Inc. will remove leaves from the property when it is not possible to leave them on the property.
Concrete and patio surfaces will be blown off into natural or bed areas on the property.
Storm debris/cleanup is available at an additional charge.

• 1x/Year Core Aeration:

Warm Season Grasses will be aerated in Spring, usually at the same time as the Spring scalp. Cool Season grass (Fescue) will be core aerated in the Fall. Over-Seeding is available at an additional charge.

• Fire Ant Control:

• Spring Scalping:

Bermuda Grass and Zoysia Grass will be scalped during the first visit of the year to promote new growth and dethatch the lawn.

• Shrub Maintenance:

Shrubs will be kept clean and shaped according to the species of plant.
Shrub Maintenance will be performed throughout the growing season to maintain shape of bush or shrub.
The majority of clippings caused by pruning will be removed from the shrub and the surrounding ground. Please note that it is impossible to get all clippings up and therefore some clippings may be left to die and decompose.
All shaping will be done according to shrub type and to benefit the growth and shape of the shrub.
All debris caused by shaping will be disposed of by Sarros Landscaping, Inc.
Ground covers will be pruned according to the species.

• Heavy Shrub/Tree Pruning (Includes Crape Myrtles):

The majority of clippings caused by pruning will be removed from bush or shrub and the surrounding ground.
All pruning will be done according to shrub/tree type and to benefit the growth and shape of the shrub/tree.
Low lying tree limbs will be pruned.
All debris caused by pruning will be disposed of by Sarros Landscaping, Inc.
Heavy Bush/Shrub Pruning includes Crape Myrtles, low lying tree limbs that affect mowing conditions, cutting Liriope and Mondo grass down for new spring growth, cutting base of ivy and vines growing up trees (excludes natural areas).
