Q: Do you give FREE estimates?
A: Yes, No and Maybe.
Q: How do I “QUALIFY” for a FREE estimate?
A: Glad you asked. Qualifying a customer benefits the customer as much as it benefits us. It ensures that neither party is wasting their time. In order to qualify for a free estimate a potential customer must answer the following questions…
  1. Tell us about your project…What are you trying to accomplish, what vision do you have for your project, do you want to use the outdoor space for entertaining or are you trying solve a more serious problem? These are the types of things we are looking to understand.
  2. When are looking to have the work completed? We book our projects anywhere from one to three weeks out and it may take up to a week to collect all the information required to put together a detailed estimate. Therefore, if you are looking to have a project complete within a few weeks, then please let us know your sense of urgency. If however you are just in the beginning stages of planning and are not looking to have your work completed for several months or longer, then please help us keep costs down and allow us to schedule your project at the next available date.
  3. Have you thought about a budget for the project? Keep in mind that having a plan including a budget is very important for both of us. You do not have to know everything about landscape pricing and you do not even have to share all the details of your budget with us. But, we will need to know that you have at least thought about what your project may cost. Some plan is better than no plan.
  4. Will you agree to return our phone calls in a timely manner once the estimate has been delivered to you. Once we provide you with an estimate we typically follow up with you to answer any questions and to see where things stand.

We keep a database of every phone call, every voice mail, email and every contact we’ve had with you. We promise to do our part to provide answers to all of your questions in a timely manner and we respectfully request that you maintain an open line of communication with us to help us understand the status of our proposal.

Q: How do I schedule an appointment for an estimate?
A: To schedule an estimate, you may simply call us at (678) 201-5409 or fill out our FREE ESTIMATE form and one of our professionals will contact you within 24 hours.
Q: I work during the day. Can you give me an estimate if I’m not home?
A: Most estimates will require you to be available. There are times however when that may not be possible so we can usually go to your project site and do the estimate over the phone. Please provide us with advance notice in these circumstances.
Q: How can I avoid paying income tax?
A: We can’t really be much help here, but we’d encourage you to visit www.FairTax.org and learn more about we can really help our country get an economic boost!
Q: When do you do estimates?
A: Estimates are provided Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. In some circumstance we may be available to provide early morning, evening and/or Saturday appointments if necessary
Q: What if I have to cancel my appointment?
A: If for some reason you are unable to make your appointment, we respectfully request that you contact us and give us as much notice as possible by contacting us at 678-202-5409 or by email at moc.gnipacsdnaLsorraS@ofnI.
Q: Who will give me an estimate?
A: You will be provided an estimate by either the company President or by one of our qualified Project Managers. All of our Project Managers have extensive design and estimating experience.
Q: How long will our appointment take?
A: Please plan on spending anywhere from twenty minutes to one hour with us. We will want to take as much time as necessary to fully understand your project, your needs, and your budget. Once we have all the right information we will be able to deliver to you an estimate that accomplishes your goals and fits within your budget. If you feel you will need more than one hour for our meeting, please give us advance notice.
Q: What should I do to prepare for our appointment?
A: This is an excellent question! We put a lot of time and energy into providing each potential customer with a very detailed proposal for their project. However, we need you, the client, to help us understand how we can best serve you. You can do this by thinking about the following things prior to our meeting…
  1. What do you want to have done and/or what do want to accomplish? Here it is very helpful if you have seen something you like that you be able to describe it.
  2. What is your budget for the project? Knowing what you may want to spend will help us align the best products and services to your goals thereby giving you the most value for your money. We don’t like to estimate projects outside of your budget nor do we want to give you any less than you are hoping for. If you are unsure of what things cost, we will help give you ballpark amounts to work with but please help get us started by having a rough budget number in mind.
Q: When and how will I receive my estimate?
A: At the end of your appointment, we may be able to offer a verbal, “ballpark” estimate but most of the final project pricing will be completed at our office. Most estimates are completed within two business days but please allow us up to one week to complete your estimate in rare circumstances. Once your estimate has been completed, it will be emailed out to you and you will receive a phone call indicating that it has been sent. Please contact our office if you have any problems receiving or opening the email. It will generally be a PDF attachment.
Q: What if my car is in the driveway when you deliver your materials?
A: Then we will back up the truck and dump everything on top of your car…..JUST KIDDING, I’m kidding, no really, I’m just kidding, we would never do that. Seriously, we would just hook up your car to our Caterpillar machine and take some really long chains and drag it out of the driveway…..oh no, again, I’m kidding, I’m kidding, I’m really getting out of hand here. I promise we would just ring your doorbell and politely ask you to move the car and if you couldn’t then we could probably put our materials somewhere else.
Q: Will you follow up with me?
A: Definitely! About a day or two after receiving your estimate, our office will contact you to see if you have any questions. We put a lot of work into detailing all of the elements of your project and we depend on you to give us your honest feedback. We will do everything we can to work with you and help you through the quoting process until all final design choices have been made.
Q: What makes your company different from other landscaping companies?
A: Great question…and a very fair one too! The answer is the DETAIL we put into your estimate and into understanding your needs, the QUALITY we put into your project and most importantly the SERVICE after the project is complete. Our company is 100% committed to CUSTOMER SERVICE and before, during and especially AFTER the project. We clearly outline our terms and our warranties prior to starting your project and we go to great lengths to meet and exceed all of your expectations.
Q: What if I have a really big project…but a small budget?
A: We can coordinate your project to be completed in phases, addressing the most important or relevant items first and then completing other, smaller projects as the budget for them becomes available. We are looking to be your Contractor of Choice for many years, so we are in no rush to do it all at once. We will work with you to outline a plan, budget and timeframe that fit YOUR needs!
Q: My backyard is very small, I can't imagine there's room for anything. Can you help me?
A: You would be amazed how many special features can be incorporated. Curves and different levels will make optimum use of the space by adding more depth and interest. We would use small trees instead of big ones and place plantings strategically to form a backyard haven.
Q: What do the terms “Hardscapes” and “Softscapes” mean?
A: Hardscapes refers to outdoor projects involving stone, brick, masonry, timber and paver materials. Softscapes refers to projects involving plants, shrubs, trees, flowers and sod.
Q: What if I don’t have anything to do on Saturday night?
A: You can find plenty of entertainment activities for you and the entire family at AllOverAtlanta.com
