There are a number of different governing codes, all of which depend on what city and or county you live in. A general guide is to know that walls exceeding 48” in height require a permit and walls exceeding 78” in height require both a permit AND engineering. No need to worry though, with our turnkey service, all of this is taken care of for you. We have worked with virtually every building and planning department throughout the Metro Atlanta Area and can easily complete all the required paperwork to ensure that you are in compliance with local building codes. Additionally, we will also take care of site surveys, engineered drawings and site monitoring so you will never have to worry about cutting through the “red tape”.
